With her culinary expertise and passion for creating unforgettable meals, Britt specializes in offering personalized dining experiences in Rio Grande, Puerto Rico.

Chef Britt, a graduate of L'Ecole Culinaire in St. Louis, MO, brings over nine years of experience as a private chef, with a diverse background working as a pastry chef at renowned St. Louis restaurants including Café Provencal, Araka, and Five Bistro. Her culinary journey has been deeply influenced by her Filipino heritage, drawing inspiration from her mother’s traditional cooking and her love for Filipino flavors.

Two years ago, Britt relocated to the scenic Rio Grande, Puerto Rico, where she now offers personalized private chef services to the local community and beyond. Combining her extensive culinary training with a passion for fresh, locally sourced ingredients, Britt crafts exceptional dining experiences that showcase both her skill and the rich flavors of her cultural background.
